Return changes

If you want to return a product because you did not like it or because you simply changed your mind you can return it but on condition that it will be in its original packaging and that the shipping costs will be covered by you. All returned products should be in their originalquality state which means that they must not have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged. Returns are accepted only with the proof of purchase that always accompanies the goods and within 14 days from the date of the purchase.

If the product is defective or we are responsible for an error, then the shipping costs are borne by our company. In any case we must be informed within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The consumer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product in accordance with Law 25551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891 / 2013).
